Off-Highway Research is recruiting a full-time consultant in Europe. The role involves research and analysis on construction equipment markets, based on face-to-face interviews with manufacturers, dealers and distributors of machinery. From this, consultants produce a variety of reports and studies, the hallmarks of which are the highest standards of accuracy, communicated through excellent written English.

Off-Highway Research is therefore looking for candidates with knowledge of the construction equipment industry, excellent English writing skills and the ability to analyse data. Willingness to and experience of independent international travel is also essential, as is a professional demeanour and good face-to-face communication skills. In addition to bringing existing contacts to the role, the ability to build a rapport and establish relationships with new people is an essential skill for consultants.

In addition to these qualities, foreign language skills, and familiarity with relevant software packages, most notably Excel, are also useful attributes.
