Poland added to European coverage

By Chris Sleight |  25 November 2022

Following feedback from clients, Off-Highway research has extended its European coverage to include Poland. A comprehensive 188 page Country Analysis report on Poland is now available to subscribers to the European service. Data on construction equipment sales and production in Poland will be published in the our Database Services shortly.

The report found that Poland is the fifth largest construction equipment market in Europe in unit terms after France, Germany, Italy and the UK, and ahead of other mid-sized markets such as the Netherlands and Spain.

More than 8,500 pieces of earthmoving, lifting and road building equipment were sold in Poland in 2021. The highest volume machine type was the mini excavator, which has recently overtaken the backhoe loader, while telehandlers have also grown in popularity in recent years. Sales are expected to slowdown in 2022 and 2023, but high volumes will remain over the medium term as the country continues to update its infrastructure.

At 188 pages, Off-Highway Research’s Country Analysis on Poland  is believed to be the most detailed report ever published on the country’s construction equipment segment. As well as a high level overview and forecast, it includes detailed sections looking at market size, structure and market shares on a product-by-product basis. A further section includes profiles of the country’s major construction equipment distributors.

The report is now available to subscribers to Off-Highway Research’s European Service. It is also available to buy on our online store. Click here for details.
