The construction equipment market in Iran last year exceeded 3,500 units, and in the recent past it has been as high as 5,000 machines per year. While it is too early to predict how quickly and at what rate this growth will occur, Off-Highway Research is very bullish about the future: it is likely that current demand will have at least doubled by 2020.
