Off-Highway Research has an interesting opportunity for a Senior Sales Account Manager. Based as our Head Office in Wadhurst, East Sussex, the Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for subscription renewals and generating new sales whilst building long lasting relationships with existing and new clients. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, they will be an integral part of the team including involvement in strategic forecasting and target reporting.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term revenue and profit growth whilst developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and solidify its presence. By acting as the point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs the Senior Sales Account Manager will generate new business using existing and potential customer networks aspiring to always deliver a positive customer experience. Through mentoring and coaching the sales team you will set, and track sales account targets ensuring alignment with company objectives and monitor sales metrics through to monthly reporting to the Managing Director.
