Terms & conditions updated regarding AI
Off-Highway Research has updated its terms & conditions to cover how its reports and data may be used in relation to AI.

The general rules are:
- Clients should seek permission in advance before entering OHR data or reports into an AI tool
- OHR reports and data must NEVER be entered into public AI tools (Chat GPT, Gemini etc.)
- Report and data may be entered into in-house AI tools as long as the output is not put in the public domain and access is restricted to employees & contractors of the client company
Off-Highway Research accepts no liability for loss or damages relating to outputs or conclusions produced by Clients’ AI tools.
The clause on AI is now incorporated into Off-Highway Research’s general Terms & Conditions and applies to any new subscriptions or report purchases from this date onwards. It will also apply when subscriptions are renewed and clients accept our updated terms & conditions as part of the renewal process.
